At UpNorth Agarwood Nursery, we are dedicated to growing and delivering healthy, high-quality agarwood seedlings with care and integrity. As licensed growers of Aquilaria malaccensis, we follow strict standards to ensure every seedling we ship reflects our commitment to sustainability and excellence.

Each order is carefully packed to protect the seedlings during transit. Because these are live plants, we ask that you open and inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If your seedlings are damaged or unhealthy upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours. We will replace any affected seedlings at no cost to you. Clear photos of the plants and packaging may be required to help us understand what went wrong and to ensure quality going forward.

Due to agricultural and quarantine regulations, we are unable to accept returns of live plants. However, if there is a problem with your order, we are here to help and will make it right with a full replacement whenever necessary.
